Unlike standard floor-to-ceiling (float glass) finishes,
U-shaped U-glass is arranged vertically in a continuous sequence, creating a sense of depth and three-dimensionality.
Depending on the angle of light, bright and shaded surfaces alternate, imbuing the building's exterior with a visual rhythm that prevents monotony.
Thanks to the unique translucent properties of U-glass, the interior is not completely obscured,
while providing a sense of openness incomparable to stifling concrete walls.
During the day, it softly absorbs and reflects external natural light, creating a warm and bright white tone.
The typical window designs of the upper-floor residential and office spaces contrast with the U-glass finishes of the lower floors.
This creates a modern atmosphere in the lower-floor (podium) space, resembling a massive work of art or a gallery, and serves to enhance the overall completeness of the building.
The charm of U-glass is amplified when the interior lighting is turned on at night. A major advantage is that when night falls, the interior light passes through the U-glass and spreads softly, transforming the building itself into a giant 'lighting box' to create a fantastic night view that is different from the day.
